Wedding day basics

General

Start here for the biggest day-of questions, from arrival timing to ceremony etiquette.

Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time to park, get settled, and find your seat before the 4:00 PM ceremony. The Event Details page has the full day-of timeline in one place.

Yes. Both will take place at Pine Knob Golf Club, The Mansion, in Clarkston, Michigan. You can find the venue address and schedule on the Event Details page.

The ceremony is planned for outdoors, weather permitting. If needed, there is an indoor backup plan. We will keep the Event Details page updated with the latest plan.

The celebration is scheduled to wrap up around 11:00 PM. You can also see the full timeline on the Event Details page.

Yes. Dinner and bar service will be provided, and vegetarian and gluten-free options can be requested on the RSVP page.

Yes. There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away until afterward. We will share professional photos later.

Yes. We have professionals covering the day so everyone can relax and enjoy it with us.

Travel & Lodging

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is about 50 minutes from the venue, and Flint Bishop International Airport (FNT) is about 30 to 40 minutes away. The Travel page has the rest of the arrival and hotel information.

Yes. We have hotel details and booking info on the Travel page, along with nearby stay options.

Usually yes, though availability can be more limited later at night. If you plan to celebrate fully, we recommend arranging a ride in advance and checking the Travel page for nearby stay options.

Definitely. The Travel page includes favorite restaurants, parks, and local spots if you want to turn the weekend into a little getaway.

Parking is on-site. Complimentary valet will greet guests at the Mansion entrance and park cars a short distance away at no extra cost. You can also find venue logistics on the Event Details page.

Yes, after the ceremony. We would love for you to share the celebration once the unplugged part of the day is over.

Please let us know on the RSVP form. We are happy to accommodate dietary needs when we know in advance through the RSVP page.

We understand that travel and schedules can be complicated. If you need to come late or head out early, we just ask that you do so as discreetly as possible during the ceremony.

We do not have an official hashtag. We are mostly hoping everyone gets to be present and enjoy the evening with us.
